  • Industry:  Capital equipment financing and leasing
  • Situation: Capital finance is a competitive industry dominated by well-known players. The client had tried Adwords PPC advertising for several months but achieved negative ROI because competitors would out bid their positions.
  • Solution: We worked with the client to identify search terms that were much more focused and less competitive, where the cost per clicks were lower and the search volumes were sufficient on a daily basis.  We set up several ad campaigns targeting niche markets and designed highly focused landing pages. Once the campaigns were launched, we continued to optimize the performance; this included doing A-B testing and filtering out irrelevant clicks to reduce bounce rate.
  • Results: The client achieved positive ROI on advertising by a factor of 9 to 1 (returned $9 for $1 spent). Subsequently, we applied what we had learned to additional campaigns in other markets.

  • Situation: In a B2B environment, reaching commercial customers is often harder and costlier than targeting retail consumers. Unlike individual buyers, businesses seldom actively search online for services like the client’s. This presented a challenge for generating new sales opportunities.
  • Solution: We collaborated with the client to segment their target markets by industry and geographical location. For each segment, we identified relevant online platforms where those specific customers might be actively engaged, such as local chamber of commerce websites, industry publications, or trade show portals. Utilizing the Google Display Network, we designed and launched multiple targeted display ad campaigns tailored to each market segment. These ads led to highly focused landing pages designed to captivate viewers and convert them into leads. To ensure continuous campaign optimization, we employed A/B testing and refined targeting to eliminate irrelevant clicks and reduce bounce rates.
